NxtVision IT Support Pvt. Ltd. respects the privacy of its clients and users. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, processed, and protected when using our products including JUGNU CRM, NXTCOM Calling Server, Business WhatsApp Integrations, and Employee Monitoring Systems.
1. Privacy Commitment
NxtVision IT Support Pvt. Ltd. has maintained a strong commitment to user privacy since its establishment in 2016.We do not sell client data to third parties for advertising purposes and do not monetize user data.
2. Information Collected
- Client name, company name, email, phone number and billing address
- Technical system information required for software operation
- Call records and operational logs where calling services are used
3. CRM Data
JUGNU CRM typically operates in offline mode on the client’s premises. Data may only be transmitted to NxtVision servers if the client explicitly enables additional services such as research panels, partner portals or client portals.
4. Call Data Records (CDRs)
When the NXTCOM Calling Server is used, call metadata may be processed including call logs, timestamps, duration, caller ID, and recordings.
- CDRs are used for troubleshooting, billing and quality monitoring
- Access to CDRs is restricted to authorized personnel
- CDRs will not be deleted without explicit written client request
- Clients must comply with applicable call recording laws including TRAI guidelines
5. WhatsApp Business Integration
When Business WhatsApp integrations are enabled, message data may be processed for communication purposes. Such integrations require client authorization.
6. Employee Monitoring System
Employee monitoring tools may capture activity logs, idle time monitoring, screen recordings or live activity streams when enabled by the client. The client is solely responsible for compliance with employee privacy laws.
7. Data Security
NxtVision implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards including encryption mechanisms, restricted access controls and network protection.
However, the client is responsible for maintaining security within their own systems, devices, user credentials and networks.
8. Use of Information
Information collected may be used for:- Operational functionality of software
- Billing and invoicing
- Technical troubleshooting
- Service improvement
9. Legal Disclosure
Information may be disclosed if required to comply with legal obligations, court orders, fraud investigations or regulatory requirements.
10. Policy Updates
NxtVision IT Support Pvt. Ltd. may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
