Do you provide on-site support in Indore?
Yes. Indore clients get on-site visits under their AMC; clients elsewhere are supported remotely, with on-site visits arranged when needed.
What does an AMC cover?
It depends on the plan. Typically desktops, network, basic server management, backup monitoring and a set number of on-site visits, with hardware parts billed separately. We put the exact scope in writing.
How quickly do you respond?
Response time is agreed in the contract and depends on the plan. For calling floors where downtime stops revenue, we set a tighter commitment.
