That order shaped everything. We spent years fixing what breaks in real offices before we started writing the software that runs in them.
NxtVision IT Support Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Indore in 2015. We began with IT support for local offices — networks, servers, the things that stop a business when they fail. Clients kept asking for software that fitted how they actually worked, so we started building it.
Today we do both. We build web and mobile software to order, and we develop, host and support our own products: JugnuCRM, Jugnu HRM, TalentVault and our eKYC platform. Around 150+ businesses use what we build.
What makes us different from an agency
Most agencies build a project, hand it over and move on. Because we run our own products on the same stack, we live with our decisions. If a dialer drops calls or a payroll run is wrong, we hear about it from our own clients the same morning. That tends to produce more conservative, better-tested software than a project that gets signed off and forgotten.
It also means we understand the businesses we sell to. Our largest group of clients are stock advisory and research analyst firms — a demanding, call-heavy, record-keeping-heavy industry. Software that survives that environment handles an ordinary office easily.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a scoping call and ends with a fixed written quote. You see working screens while the project is being built rather than at the end. Code and accounts are handed over to you. Support is on phone and WhatsApp, from people in Indore who know your setup.
Where we are
Our office is at Bangali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016. Clients in and around Indore get on-site support; everyone else is supported remotely with visits arranged when needed. Client data is hosted on servers in India with daily backups.
