💰 Transparent, fair pricing is at the heart of everything we do. Here is how we structure our engagements — no surprises, no hidden fees.

1. Engagement Models

2. Custom Development Pricing

Pricing for custom web, mobile, and enterprise applications is determined after a detailed requirements analysis and scoping session. All project quotations include:

UI/UX design and wireframing
Frontend and backend development
Quality assurance and testing
Deployment and go-live support
30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty

4. Standard Payment Schedule

Fixed projects: 50% advance → milestone payments as per SOW → 10% on final delivery & sign-off
T&M projects: Bi-weekly or monthly invoicing based on logged hours
Retainers: Full monthly fee payable in advance by the 1st of each month
Product licences: Annual plans billed upfront; monthly plans billed on subscription date

5. Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS for India; Wire Transfer / SWIFT for international)
UPI (India clients)
PayPal (international clients)
Cheque / demand draft (select cases only)

6. Taxes & GST

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST at 18% will be applied to invoices for Indian clients as per prevailing regulations. International clients are exempt from Indian GST; applicable withholding taxes may apply as per relevant tax treaty provisions between countries.

7. Currency

Indian clients are invoiced in INR (₹). International clients are invoiced in USD ($). Exchange rates are fixed at the time of quotation and remain valid for 30 days.

8. Price Revisions

NxtVision reserves the right to revise product and retainer pricing annually, with a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Custom project pricing is locked at the time of signing the Statement of Work (SOW) and will not change unless the project scope changes. Scope changes require a written Change Request and revised quotation.

9. Late Payment

Invoices not settled within the agreed payment terms (typically 15 days) will attract a late payment interest of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. NxtVision reserves the right to pause or suspend services for invoices overdue by more than 30 days.
